Audio and Video File Usage

The audio and video files available through the Quick Sales Tips Program are licensed to the purchaser solely for his or her personal use.  You are strictly forbidden to sell or share these files. 

Once you login, I recommend that you download the Ten-Week Program Guide to read my recommendations on completing the program.  This plan provides plenty of time to complete the audio and video files and practice each skill so that it becomes a part of your sales call. -Renee

Login to the SalesPEAK Website  

• Go to http://www.salespeak.com.  Use the Program Login box at the bottom of the Left column.
  
  

• Username:     [Type the username that you selected during the checkout process.]  
              
• Password:       [Type the password that you selected during the checkout process.]
  
  
• Check the box that says Remember Me if you would like the system to remember your information each time you visit.  Not recommended if you share your PC with other people.
  
  
• Click LOGIN button - the Online File Index displays
  

Online File Index

This page serves as an index to your files.

• Click on the category that you would like to view:  Videos, Audio Book or Bonus Files.
  
  
• A list of files displays under the chosen category.
  

View Video Files

• To View Videos, click on the screen image or the title that you want to view.  The screencast will display in a pop-up window along with a PowerPoint presentation  
  
  
• When finished viewing the video, close the pop-up window.
  
  
• Return to the Online File Index (left column)

Audio Files

• From to the Online File Index (left column)  click the Audio Book category. 
  
  
• Click the download button below the file you want to download. 
  
  
• Return to the Index by clicking on Online File Index (left column)
  

Note:  Files range in size from 9-17MB.  Download time will vary depending on your type of connection (high speed, dial-up, etc.)

Download a Bonus File

• Return to the Index by clicking Online File Index in the left column.
  
  

• Click on Bonus Files to view the list of available files.
  
  
• Click on the Download button below the file you want to download.
  
  

Logout of the Online File Index

Click on the Logout button in the left column to logout out of the training area.
