Well, life is unpredictable that way, and the reality is, that guidelines, not hard and fast rules, are necessary as a starting point. Which is exactly why I created the grid below to use as a cold calling cheat sheet to put near your telephone to refer to as you are making calls. So, instead of "tips" this week, you are getting something better. Cut this out, place it up where you can see it, and follow through.
